How the teams are made
The names are shuffled randomly and then dealt out to the teams one by one, like cards. That keeps the teams as even as possible: if the group does not divide evenly, team sizes differ by at most one person. Choose from 2 to 10 teams.
Steps
- Enter one name per line.
- Choose how many teams you need.
- Click Create Teams. Not happy with the split? Click Shuffle Again for a new one.
You can copy all teams at once and paste them into a chat or a document. Each result is also saved in the history of your browser.
